Schedule
Reception→Explanation of the enzyme bath (15 minutes)
Please present your My Page reservation screen at the reception desk. You will receive an explanation of the enzyme bath and the flow of the experience while drinking an enzyme drink.
Change into your bathing attire in the changing room (5 minutes)
The changing rooms are reserved for the group. Bathing attire and towels are provided.
Enzyme bath (30 minutes) → outdoor bath (10 minutes)
You can enjoy a total of 30 minutes of enzyme bathing, with 20 minutes for full-body immersion followed by a 10-minute half-body soak while seated. Afterward, you can enjoy an outdoor bath. If you wish, we can also take photos for you. Please feel free to ask our staff.
Shower → change (50 minutes)
Shower to rinse off the bran from your body. Scrubbing your body with the bran will leave your skin smooth and silky.
Relax with an enzyme drink
Unwind in a place surrounded by Miyama's nature.

• Guests with tattoos are welcome.
• Children 0-9 years old are not allowed to participate.
• Customers with pre-existing conditions such as heart disease should consult with their doctor before participating. (Participation is generally possible if you can withstand hot baths, saunas, and sand baths.)
• If you are late for the meeting time without prior notice, your reservation will be considered canceled.
• Bathing attire will be provided during the experience. Please bring your own change of clothes if you need them after the experience. (You may also wear the clothes you were wearing when you arrived.)
