Notes
• Reservations are available for women 150cm-170cm and men 168cm-180cm tall.
• One staff member handles the dressing service. If two or more guests wish to participate, please make separate reservations for each customer in separate time slots. (It takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour per person.)
• Please return the kimono by 6:00 PM on the same day.
You will be asked to return to the store and complete your experience by 6:30 PM at the latest, including time to change clothes.
• If you need to return the kimono after business hours, please contact us in advance.
*A separate late fee of JPY3,000 per day will apply if the guest is late due to personal reasons.
• Once the returned items are checked, the return process is complete.
*Please note that you may be charged for any lost items or significant damage to the kimono.
• The fee includes a cleaning fee. If you soil the kimono, please delicately wipe it with a handkerchief or similar to absorb the stain, avoiding rubbing.
• Women are required to remove their underwear (bra) when dressing. If concerned, you can wear Japanese-style underwear over a camisole.
• Please refrain from using perfume, hairspray, or foundation on your neck, as these can stain the kimono.
• Be careful not to snag the lining of the sleeves with jewelry such as watches or bracelets.
• Please avoid tapping the toes of the zori sandals against the ground, as this can damage them.
• You may store your personal belongings and shoes in the lockers provided at our store (free of charge).
• All rental items are cleaned before being rented out, but please note that they may not be brand new. If you prefer brand-new items, you may purchase them at an additional cost.
(Japanese-style underwear for women: JPY 3,300, Japanese-style underwear for men: JPY 2,200, Suteteko (underpants) for men: JPY 3,630, Tabi socks (up to size 24.5cm): JPY 1,870 / (up to size 27.5cm): JPY 2,200
