・The event will be held even if it rains. However, the tour may be canceled if it is judged that the safety of the site cannot be ensured.
・The tour content and schedule are subject to change depending on the season and weather conditions. You will be taken to the spots recommended by the staff.
・If you cancel without notice, 100% of the tour fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
[Note for participants]
・Generally, we do not contact participants the day before the tour. On the day of the tour, please be sure to be at the main entrance of Ishigaki Port Terminal (in front of the red mailbox) by 7:30PM. The store will contact you only if there are any changes or announcements regarding the plan.
・The minimum number of participants for this plan is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum, the tour will be cancelled without charge. (We will contact you the day before the tour.)
・The tour will be held rain or shine. However, the tour may be cancelled if we deem it unsafe.
・Please change into clothes that you do not mind getting wet before the tour.
・Please use the restroom before coming to the tour. (There are no restrooms near the tour site.)
・Please do not participate in the tour if you have been drinking.
