★ About the tour bus
• The bus guide will guide you.
• Please follow the times and instructions given by the bus guide while the bus is in operation.
• Smoking is prohibited on the bus throughout the day. Drinking alcohol is also not permitted on the bus.
• All seats are reserved seats. If there are few passengers, seats may be unreserved.
• The bus will pass through bus stops without stopping or passing through the stops where passengers do not board or alight in advance.
• The bus boarding and alighting points cannot be changed on the day of departure. If you change your boarding point at your own discretion without notifying us, you will not be able to participate in the tour.
• Departure and arrival times may be delayed due to traffic and weather conditions. The order in which we take you to your drop-off point may change. *Please note that the time may change slightly due to traffic conditions.
• If there is an odd number of passengers on the bus, you may have to share seats with other passengers. Please understand this in advance.
*Please note that you may use a jump seat.
• If are considering participating in the tour in a wheelchair, you must be accompanied by a person who can support you on the tour.
*Wheelchairs are not available for rent. If you bring your wheelchair, it must be a foldable one, and we will store it in the trunk.
• Pets are not allowed on the tour.
• You may leave your baggage at your seat during the tour, but we are not responsible for any loss of your baggage. Please understand that you are responsible for it.
• The tour will be operated with only one person but may be operated by a jumbo taxi or small taxi depending on the number of passengers. If the tour is operated by taxi, there will be no bus guide on board. Also, the audio guide system will not be available. There are no refunds for the audio guide system.
• Children ages 15 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 years old, please submit a parental consent form to WAmazing Customer Support by e-mail before departure. Consent Form

★ Meeting and departure time
• Please strictly follow the meeting place and time. If you do not show up on time, we will assume that you have abandoned the tour and the bus will depart.
• If you are late for the meeting time and departure time and cannot participate in the tour, you will be charged the cancellation fee as stipulated.

★ Baggage to be loaded on the bus
• Please be careful not to have your baggage stone, lost, misplaced, or taken by other passengers at the departure, rest areas, sightseeing, and arrival points. Loading and unloading baggage
Loading and unloading your baggage when boarding and alighting from the bus is a service provided by a bus crew, so we cannot be held responsible for the storage and management of such baggage.
Please take care of your baggage by yourself. Please understand in advance that neither we nor the bus company will be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of baggage.
• Large luggage such as suitcases, wheelchairs, baby strollers, etc., will be kept in the trunk of the bus.

★ Participation of infants (3 years old and younger) in the tour
• One infant (3 years old and younger) per adult is allowed to participate at no charge, but he/she must ride on the adult's lap; no seat is provided.
*If there are two infants aged 0-3 years old, the bus fare of one child will be charged separately.
• Please enter the name, age, and number of infants in the Requests/Questions when making a reservation with infants.

★ About the bus company
• This tour uses Toyo Bus Co., Ltd.

★ Cancellation of tours due to lack of participants
• The tour courses that have not been reserved by participants at least 7 days before departure may be canceled without notice.

★ Tour payment method
• The tour fees must be paid in advance. We do not accept payment on the day of the tour. Please confirm the advance payment method with the travel agency you are applying for.

★ Others
• Please note that the tour may be canceled due to traffic, weather, or other situations.
• If, before or after the start of the tour, the customer violates our instructions to ensure the safe and smooth conduct of the tour by the crew or other persons, or disrupts the discipline of group activities by assaulting or threatening these persons or the other travelers accompanying the customer, we will cancel a part of the tour contract by explaining the reason to the customer in advance and will not allow the customer to continue on the tour.
• Please note that the tour fee is subject to change in the event of any amendment to the transportation system, fares, etc.
• Other matters will be subject to the General Conditions of Travel Agency Business of Rado Tourism Co., Ltd.
• Please note that the promenade of Cape Manzamao may not be visited due to weather conditions.

[Lunch]
• Lunch is not included in the tour, so please have lunch on your own. Having lunch at Churaumi Aquarium is recommended as you will spend a long time there.
• Food and drink are allowed on the bus, bus please refrain from bringing smelly food and alcoholic beverages.

[Cancellation of the tour]
• The tour may be canceled after the reservation is made due to inclement weather or other natural disasters. In such cases, the organizer will contact you using your emergency contact details by 5:00 PM the day before the tour. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming call before departure, as the tour may be canceled due to weather or other reasons on the day of the tour.

• The multilingual automatic audio guidance system is available in English, Chinese (Mandarin), and Korean.
