2-hour guided tour of the Sengoku no Niwa History Museum
Your journey begins at Sengoku no Niwa, the former retirement estate of a samurai warlord, where the spirit of the samurai still lives on. Upon arrival, you will be introduced to the history and philosophy of Bushido—the code of discipline and honor that shaped Japan's legendary warriors. After gaining a deeper understanding of the samurai way of life, you will don an exquisitely crafted replica of traditional samurai armor, recreating the attire once worn by noble warriors. Feeling the weight and texture of the armor connects you physically to history and allows you to immerse yourself in the mindset of the samurai on this very land where they once walked. Guided by an expert, you'll practice the basic moves of swordsmanship using a safe wooden training sword. This isn't about fighting—it's about embracing Bushido's core values of respect and discipline. Every movement helps you experience the focus and integrity that samurai held dear. After training, take a relaxing walk through the Sengoku no Niwa grounds. With no modern buildings in sight, the setting transports you back to a time when samurai lived by noble traditions. Finally, capture the moment with a photo in full armor. Set against ancient stone walls and tranquil nature, your photo will symbolize your connection to history and the enduring samurai spirit. This experience offers more than just a look at samurai culture—it's a chance to step into a philosophy that still inspires today. Reserve your place now to walk in the footsteps of Japan's legendary warriors and feel the heart of Bushido. *This experience does not use real swords. Training is conducted safely with wooden practice swords, focusing on discipline and technique rather than combat.
