60-Minute Snowmobile Tour & 60-Minute All-You-Can-Eat Charcoal-Grilled BBQ in a Snow Hut (Shuttle Service Available) - Sapporo

[Notes]
• Reservations require a minimum of 2 adults or at least 2 snowmobiles to be used.
• The driver for the two-person snowmobile must be a male aged 20 or older or one of our guides; passengers must be children under 18 years old. (Please consult us if there are many children under 18.)
• We do not offer rental ski wear for children (Sizes smaller than a women's S).
• Please note that tours may be canceled due to snowfall conditions in early to mid-December and late March.
• The following individuals will not be allowed to participate in the tour:
○ Women who are currently pregnant or may be pregnant.
○ Individuals with behavioral issues or mental/psychological disabilities.
○ Those who have undergone surgery for hernias, lower back, or spinal issues, or those who may worsen their condition due to vibrations.
○ Individuals with injuries, fractures, or dislocations to fingers, arms, legs, etc., or with sequelae from such injuries.
○ Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol (those who have a smell of alcohol upon arrival will be tested with an alcohol checker).
• If the guide determines that your skills or physical condition may lead to accidents or injuries, they may change the riding method.
• If you are late for the meeting time without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation.

[About the Free Shuttle Bus]
■ The free shuttle bus operates two departures daily (conditions apply; reservation required). *The bus will pick up guests from designated hotels in order.
(1) Morning departure: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM, Return to the city after the activity: 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM
(2) Afternoon departure: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, Return to the city after the activity: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
• The exact pick-up time for the shuttle bus will be determined the morning before your scheduled use. The service provider will directly inform you of the pick-up time via email or phone.
• Please note that depending on the selected course, there may be a wait time of up to one hour.
• Due to the scheduling of hotels, there is no fixed timetable for pick-up times at each hotel, and you cannot specify a shuttle time.
• If you wish to request the free shuttle after making a reservation, please contact WAmazing's Customer Support.
• The bus will depart from the hotel on time, so please wait in front of the hotel entrance at least 5 minutes early. Additionally, we ask that non-staying guests refrain from using the hotel lobby or restrooms and from asking about the shuttle bus at the hotel front desk.
• Please note that depending on weather and snowfall conditions, we may request changes to the pick-up hotel. There may also be delays due to city traffic congestion. In cases of significant delays for various reasons, you may be asked to disembark at the nearest subway station without prior notice.
• Non-participants are not allowed to board the bus.
• Please refrain from eating, drinking, or speaking loudly inside the bus.
• We do not allow suitcases, carry-on bags, or other large items on board.
• The return bus departure time will be after all participants have finished the tour, but you can also return on your own if you prefer.

In such cases, the organizing company will contact you at the emergency contact number provided. Please make sure to check your email and calls on the day of the event.
