The yoga session starts
Breathing exercises and basic stretches are used to relax your body and mind. The menu is easy to follow, so there is no need to worry if you're inflexible or worried about your physical strength!
End of the experience! Dismissal
We will dismiss on time because it will be dark after sunset. Please be careful on your way home.
