Board a small boat at Furue Port and set off for Shimanoura Island. During the cruise around the island, you can enjoy breathtaking scenery while getting an up-close look at the thriving local aquaculture industry.

Experience the thrill of mooring your boat alongside a fish tank and feeding hundreds of fish. The dynamic sight of fish covering the water's surface is a unique and unforgettable experience.
Learn to fillet fish from a professional fisherman
For those who wish, local fishermen will provide a detailed lecture on how to fillet fish. For beginners, we have also prepared simplified Chinese instructions so you can feel at ease trying it out.
A meal savoring the blessings of the island
A dining space has been set up using the Shimanoura Tourist Information Center and local islanders' homes, offering meals made with freshly prepared fish. Relish a luxurious experience of appreciating the island’s blessings while enjoying the freshest seafood. Even for solo reservations, you can savor dishes featuring a generous amount of freshly caught sea bream.

A taxi hotel transfer option is also available. You can enjoy an immersive experience in Nobeoka without any concerns about transportation.

At the Kitaura Seaside Park Tourist Information Center at Furue Port, please show the reservation screen from your My Page to the guide during reception.
Board a small boat at Furue Port and arrive at Shimanoura Island
On the way to Shimanoura Island, you will have the opportunity to visit the fish tanks and participate in a fish feeding experience.
We will observe fishermen filleting fish at the fishing port. Those who wish can also participate in a fish filleting experience. Please request this option when making your reservation.
You'll receive a detailed fish filleting demonstration by a local fisherman.
Head to Mangetsu Shokudo
Enjoy a meal made with freshly prepared fish from that morning at Mangetsu Shokudo. We offer dishes such as sea bream Ochazuke (rice porridge) and freshly caught sea bream sashimi. (*Please note that the menu may change depending on the season.)
After the meal, enjoy a stroll around the island. Board the return boat, and after arriving at Furue Port, the tour will conclude.
