Activity

Make beautiful nerikiri sweets that match the seasons!

You can choose from four types of filling for the nerikiri: koshi-an (smooth red bean paste), tsubu-an (chunky red bean paste), shiro-an (white bean paste) using white kidney beans, and kimi-an (yellow bean paste) made by mixing egg yolk into the white bean paste.

Using authentic tools that wagashi craftsmen use, you'll feel like a true wagashi artisan!

The shop owner will carefully explain the process. Take your time and have fun!

Enjoy the nerikiri you made with freshly whisked matcha.

The sweets you make yourself are so beautiful, you'll want to admire them forever. Be sure to take plenty of photos!

It's time to treat yourself after all your hard work making wagashi.

You will enjoy exquisite freshly baked, piping hot sweets called Otome no Yukigoromo made by the shop owner, along with refreshing cold-brewed Yame green tea.

As a souvenir of your visit, you will receive Yukigoromo packaged in a cute chiyogami paper cosmetic box. (Shelf life: 14 days)

Due to the popularity of this product, depending on the timing of your reservation, it may be substituted for another item. Thank you for your understanding.
