Mt. Jinba is easy to climb even for beginners.
Mt. Jinba is an easily accessible low mountain where even those who don't regularly exercise can reach the summit in about 30 minutes.

An experience to sharpen your senses (about 60 minutes)
While walking along the mountain trails of Mt. Jinba, you will engage in an experience to sharpen your senses at various spots.
Time to reflect on yourself (about 60 minutes)
At the summit, a peaceful meditation session will take place, and on the way back, there will be a period of silence, allowing you to reflect on yourself and explore your inner self in nature.
A workshop to write a letter to yourself (about 30 minutes)
Return to Mori Lab and engage in a special workshop where you write a letter to yourself, inspired by the great nature around you.
