An activity where you can experience nature with all five senses!
This is a soothing yoga experience where you can hear the waves, feel the sea breeze, listen to the birds chirping, and observe the changing sunlight.

There will be an explanation from the instructor in the garden.
Yoga experience
You will experience yoga under the guidance of an instructor. You can spend time relaxing your body and mind. (50 minutes)
