A tour of a long-established sake brewery founded in the Taisho Period (1912-1926)!
The sake expert who is a certified Japanese sake sommelier will guide you through the sake brewery.
With this, you, too, can become a Japanese sake expert! An introductory sake course for beginners!
The sake expert will give an easy-to-understand lecture on how to make and select sake.
Customize your ideal flavor! This is the only original sake blending experience in Japan!
Following the instructions provided by the sake expert, you can enjoy the original sake blending experience with four different types of sake.
You can also print your name on the original sake label! It will be ready to take home on the same day!
Your name or nickname can be printed on the label. You can take it home the same day.

Register at the sake shop in the Shimonoseki Shuzo Sake Brewery (10:00 AM / 2:00 PM)
Please present the My Page reservation screen at the reception.
Visit the sake brewery (10:00 AM - 10:20 AM / 2:00 PM - 2:20 PM)
The sake expert will guide you throughout the sake brewery.
Take a sake lecture (10:20 AM - 10:50 AM / 2:20 PM - 2:50 PM)
The sake expert will teach you how to make and select sake.
Original sake blending experience (10:50 AM - 11:30 AM / 2:50 PM - 3:30 PM)
Enjoy the original sake blending experience through sake tasting.
Bottling (11:30 AM - 12:00 PM / 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM) *Varies depending on the number of participants
The sake expert will adjust the flavor and aroma based on your preferences through a consultation, bottle the sake, and present it to you at the end of your experience.

• Preschoolers can participate in the tour if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. (They will not be allowed to take part in the sake blending experience)
• If you are late for the meeting time without prior notice, your reservation will be canceled.
• If you cannot drink alcohol because you are driving, you can blend your sake based on the scent.

The activity may be canceled after the reservation is made due to inclement weather or natural disasters. In such a case, you will be notified via your emergency contact from WAmazing after 2:00 PM the day before the experience date.
