• The meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and weather conditions on the day of the tour. You will be contacted the day before your tour to confirm the meeting place and time. • The tour will proceed in rainy weather. However, it may be canceled in the case of unsafe weather conditions.
• Please change into clothes that you do not mind getting wet before arriving at the meeting place.
• Please use the restroom before participating in the tour, as there are no restrooms near the tour location.
• We do not accept participants who have been drinking.
• If you are going to be late, please be sure to contact us in advance.
• To ensure maximum customer safety, we require all participants to wear life jackets during the tour. Please do not remove your life jacket during the tour.
• Only participants aged 12 or older are able to participate in SUP (stand-up paddle boarding). If you have children aged 3-11 years old, please choose canoeing.
