Arrival procedures
Show the reservation page from your My Page upon arrival. Staff will explain the experience details and safety precautions.
Explanation of the history of Sumpu craftsmanship (20 minutes) and tour of the factory (30 minutes)
Tour an active metalworks factory with a guide and observe the skilled professionals at work up close.
Samurai Pick crafting (60 minutes)
Work alongside a craftsman to shape, polish, and engrave a mini sweets pick from a metal plate, creating a personalized pick.
Finishing
The finished sweets pick is polished and presented to you in a special package.
Souvenir shopping and Q&A (10 minutes)
Enjoy some free time to browse souvenirs, ask questions to the craftsmen, and snap photos at the photo spot.

Notes
• This experience is for participants aged 6 and above. If children aged 6 to 12 are participating, they must be accompanied and assisted by an adult.
• For safety reasons, please always follow the instructions of the staff while inside the factory.
• There are areas within the factory where photography is prohibited. (You will be informed on-site.)
• Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement. High-heeled shoes are not allowed.
• Please note that the organizers cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the experience.
• If you need a taxi after the experience, staff can help arrange one for you. Please let the staff know on the day.

• The experience may be canceled for safety reasons due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other various circumstances.
