Arrival procedures
Please arrive exactly at your reserved time and show your reservation page from My Page upon arrival.
Choose a kimono, obi (sash), and accessories
Everything in the store is included in the plan, so feel free to choose anything you like—or let the staff help you decide. (Furisode and hakama are not included.)
Kimono dressing
You will be dressed by a professional.
Hair styling
You can choose your preferred style from several options. Alternatively, you can leave it to the staff.
Explore Kyoto in kimono
Once you're dressed, enjoy strolling around Kyoto at your leisure. Please return the kimono by 5:00pm on the same day.

Cancellation Policy
Notes
• Preschoolers can participate in the experience if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• If you arrive late without prior notice, your reservation will be canceled.
• Kimono must be returned by 5:00pm on the same day.
• The Couples Plan is JPY 7,500 per person. Please apply for 2 or 4 people.
• Please note that the optional taxi dispatch service may differ by a few hundred yen compared to arranging a taxi on your own. When booking, please choose from the following five pickup locations: (1) Nene no Michi (Rickshaw boarding point), (2) Yasaka Shrine, (3) Nijo Castle, (4) Kyoto Imperial Palace, or (5) Higashi Hongan-ji Temple.
Cancellation Policy:
• The experience may be canceled for safety reasons due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other various circumstances. In such cases, the organizer will contact the emergency contact. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day. (Estimated date/time of contact: the day before, by 11:00pm)
Language Support:
• Communication is assisted through body language, translation devices, and apps.
• English-speaking staff are available, and while services are primarily provided in Japanese, international guests are welcome.
