Arrival procedures
Show the reservation page from your My Page upon arrival. Afterward, a staff member will explain the process of the experience.
Explanation of Shimizu tiles and the history of Onigawara tiles
You will receive a lecture from Shizuoka Prefecture's only female Onigawara artisan, covering the unique features of Shimizu tiles as well as the meaning and history of Onigawara.
Onigawara tile making experience
Using clay, you can freely create your ogre tile's facial expression and carefully shape it with guidance from the craftsman.
Take a commemorative photo at the end of the experience
Once you're done, it's time to take a commemorative photo. The finished product will be fired and mailed to you at a later date, so look forward to it!
Seeing you off & Shopping at the store (optional)
After the experience, you can purchase Kiyomizu tile accessories and limited edition goods. A staff member will be seeing you off.

Notes
• The experience fee indicated is per person.
• The experience will be conducted indoors, but the room temperature may change depending on the season and weather. Please wear clothes that allow your body temperature to regulate easily.
• Since the activity involves working with clay, please refrain from wearing clothes or accessories you are concerned about getting wet or dirty. We recommend clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
• The tile will be fired and shipped at a later date. Please note that it may take several weeks for the tile to be shipped. Shipping costs outside of Japan must be paid on the day of the experience.
• For your safety, please follow the instructions from the staff.
• Children aged 11 or younger may accompany and assist an adult (free of charge). Please let us know the number of children participating in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
• The experience may be canceled for safety reasons due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, WAmazing Play's customer support or the organizer will contact you using the emergency details you have provided. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day. (Notifications are typically sent after 2:00pm on the day before the event.)
