• If there are no reservations by 21 days before departure, the tour may also be canceled.

Important notes for climbing Mt. Fuji:
• A climbing fee (entry fee) of JPY 4,000 per person is required once per climb on both the Yoshida and Fujinomiya trails. (Cash only, payable at the 5th Station trailhead on the day of climbing.)
• All tours proceed regardless of rain. However, in cases of severe weather such as heavy rain or typhoons, the tour may be canceled in advance with prior notice. Also, if weather conditions suddenly worsen on the day, the local guide or the Mt. Fuji Guidance Center may decide to cancel the climb or the crater rim tour (ohachi meguri). Please understand that no refunds will be given in such cases. (Crater rim tour can be applied for on the day for JPY 1,100, cash payment only.)
• The weather on Mt. Fuji can change rapidly, so proper climbing rain gear is a must. Without the required equipment, you may be asked to discontinue your climb. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.
• If you abandon the climb midway due to poor health or other reasons and stay or rest at a mountain hut other than the one planned for your accommodation that day, the lodging or rest fees will be at your own expense, and no refunds will be provided for the tour price. Additionally, you will descend on your own, and the guide will not accompany you.
• Both the Yoshida and Fujinomiya trails exceed an elevation of 2,000 meters. There is a risk of altitude sickness due to the thin air during the climb, so please take great care of your health and avoid conditions such as lack of sleep or hangovers on the day of departure.
• Depending on weather and conditions, the sunrise may not be visible. Also, during peak periods, congestion on the climbing trails may prevent reaching the summit.
• The estimated walking times for the course are only guidelines and may change significantly depending on climbing conditions.
• Guided plans are designed to minimize risks during the tour. However, even with a guide, you are ultimately responsible for your own safety during the climb.
• For your safety, the guide's instructions must be followed at all times during the climb. The guide may check your climbing gear, and if it is deemed insufficient, or if you do not follow instructions, or if the guide determines you are unwell or lack the necessary physical strength, you may be required to withdraw or leave the group for safety reasons. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
• If your gear is incomplete or inadequate, the mountain guide or local staff may instruct you to rent or purchase the necessary items.
• Please note that there are multiple forks on the descent paths for each trail (Yoshida and Fujinomiya). If you take a wrong turn and descend via an incorrect path, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs of rejoining the group or returning on your own. Even if you manage to rejoin, they cannot guarantee your continued participation in the tour.

Cancellation policy:
• If roads to Mt. Fuji are closed or transportation is suspended due to a typhoon, and it's determined that the likelihood of reopening or resumption is low, the tour will be canceled.
• Cancellations or changes made at the customer’s discretion due to weather or trail conditions will incur the standard cancellation/change fees.
• If the tour is canceled after a customer-initiated cancellation or change, no refunds will be provided for any fees already incurred.
• In some cases, the tour may be canceled due to natural disasters such as severe weather, even after a reservation has been confirmed. In such cases, they will contact you using the emergency details you have provided by 7:00pm on the day before the tour.
• If the tour is canceled on the day due to bad weather or other reasons, the organizer will notify you directly by email. Please make sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day.

• You will use the same bus for the return trip, so you may leave any non-essential belongings on the bus. However, please keep all valuables with you.
• The bus will move from the 5th Station to the base of the mountain after dropping you off. This means you won't be able to retrieve any forgotten items from the bus, so please double-check your belongings.
