Learn about Japanese cuisine under the Japan Food Studies College, the food studies college in Japan with instruction in English.
Japan Food Studies College is an international food studies institute affiliated with Gustolab, Common Ground, and Zendine.
The venue is Japan Food Studies College's main campus, located in the Ishibashi Handai-mae area near Itami Airport.
Learn about Japanese family life and the elaborate materials and utensils used in the kitchen studio attached to founder Aiko Tanaka's home.
The school is based on Japanese home cooking, using dashi (Japanese soup stock), fermented foods, and seasonal ingredients.
Learn to cook simple and tasty Japanese dishes that you can make back home.
Learn to cook while communicating with Ms. Aiko Tanaka in English.
Enjoy a stress-free lesson and communicate directly in English, without the need for an interpreter. Japanese culture questions are also welcomed.
