• Preschoolers (ages 0-6) may participate for free; however, meals will not be provided. Please note that they are not included in the minimum number of participants required for the tour.
• When using Narita Airport Onsen Sora no Yu, towels, shampoo, and other amenities are provided free of charge. There is nothing you need to bring.
Cancellation Policy:
• The experience may be cancelled if the number of participants is not reached. In the event of cancellation, WAmazing will contact you by e-mail at least 2 days before the scheduled experience date.
• The experience may be canceled for safety reasons due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, WAmazing Play's customer support or the organizer will contact you using the emergency details you have provided. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day. (Notifications are typically sent after 2:00pm on the day before the event.)
