You'll find the counter right in front of a large fish tank as soon as you leave baggage claim. Show the reservation page from your My Page upon arrival.

Hotel check-in and luggage pickup
If the hotel has a staffed front desk, please pick up your luggage there at check-in. If the front desk is unattended, delivery staff will bring the luggage directly to the accommodation. When handing over or dropping off luggage, the check-in time will be requested. *Luggage will be delivered to the accommodation around the check-in time or approximately two hours after drop-off.
