Due to an increase in incorrect booking dates and times, please double-check your reservation before coming to the store. We will email you within 48 hours to let you know whether your booking has been confirmed. Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive an email stating that it has been accepted.
*We will not be able to accommodate you if you visit the store before your reservation is confirmed.

■ Quick & Simple Plan
• Women: 10-minute quick dressing, standard kimono selection, 1 option, safety pack, hairstyle (standard)
• Men: 5-minute quick dressing, men's kimono selection, safety pack
• Children (100-139cm in height): 5-minute quick dressing, children's kimono selection, safety pack

■ High Grade & Classic Plan
• Women: Dressing, selection from One Star Kimono (including standard options), 2 options, safety pack, hairstyle (One Star)
• Men: Dressing, men's kimono selection, traditional Japanese wide belt (kaku-obi) option, safety pack
• Children (100-139cm in height): Dressing, children's kimono selection, 1 option, safety pack, children's hairstyle

■ Premium & Deluxe Plan
• Women: Dressing, selection from Retro Premium Kimono (including Retro Modern), 3 options, safety pack, hairstyle (two-star)
• Men: Dressing, men's kimono selection, traditional Japanese wide belt (kaku-obi) option, safety pack
• Children (100-139cm in height): Dressing, children's kimono selection, 2 options, safety pack, children's hairstyle

*Safety Pack (Insurance): Covers costs if your kimono gets stained or damaged.
*Optional extras: Accessories such as hair ornaments, decorative belt cord (obijime).

Notes:
• Please return the kimono by 5:30pm.
• Please present an ID for identification purposes.
• Please note that any price difference arising from upgrading your kimono choice or other options will have to be paid on the day at the venue.
• In the event of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the location.
*Refunds will only be provided in case the situation is severe enough to cause public transportation to be stopped.
• If the activity is canceled, the operator will contact your emergency contact by 8:00pm the day before.

About Kimono Rental:
• After you've arrived at the store, you can still select a different kimono than the one you reserved.
• To make your kimono experience even more special, you can add hair styling, decorative obi knotting, and rental accessories like obi clips or maiko-style umbrellas (additional fees apply).
• Guests over 185cm tall and with a shoe size over 28cm must inquire in advance. After clicking the "Make a reservation" button, there will be a field for you to enter additional information: please fill in your height and shoe size there.
• Guests who rent a kimono can store one bag of luggage for free. Large suitcases and other items not containing valuables can also be stored for JPY 1,100 (tax included).
• If you return your kimono after 5:30pm, between 5:30pm and 6:00pm, an extension fee of JPY 2,200 (tax included) will be charged.
Alternatively, you can return your kimono the following day by the final return time (5:30pm) for an additional JPY 2,200 per kimono (tax included).
