Visit / Reception
Please come to the restaurant by the reserved time, confirm your reservation at the reception desk, and pick up your boarding ticket. Please show your My Page reservation screen at reception.
Explanation of before embarkation and after disembarkation
The receptionist will inform you of the boarding time and information regarding your shuttle bus after disembarkation. Please make sure to use the restroom and wait for the shuttle bus.
Boarding information
When it is time to board the boat (within 30 minutes maximum after registration), the ticket will be collected and you will be asked to board the boat.
River rafting activity (one-way operation)
Please enjoy a relaxing 60-minute boat ride while the boatman acts as a guide and sings.
After disembarkation ~ return
Please explore and enjoy some food around the area after disembarking and take our shuttle bus (free of charge) back to the ship within the specified time.

Notes
・The reception desk will be open until 1:00 PM from December 29 to January 3.
・The reception hours from December to the end of February will be from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
・During the summer months of July and August, boarding time is shortened by 10 minutes to avoid the risk of heat stroke.
・There is a possibility for the tour to be suspended due to bad weather after the reservation is completed. In such an event, the company will call your emergency contact up to 2:00 PM the day before.
・In the case of a cancellation on the day, the tour operator will contact you directly via e-mail. Please make sure to check your e-mails and messages on that day.
