Try on a kimono made from Ueda pongee, a traditional textile of Ueda
In the Edo period (1603-1868), Ueda pongee became famous as one of the three major pongee fabrics along with Yuki and Oshima pongee. Ueda pongee is made of pure silk and is hand-made by skilled artisans.

Please arrive at the store before your appointment time and complete the registration. Please present the My Page reservation screen at the reception.
Choose a kimono
Select the kimono to wear. The staff will work with you to create a coordinated look that meets your needs.
Dressing
The staff will dress you in the kimono you have chosen.
Take a walking around
Enjoy walking around the city in a kimono for 120 to 180 minutes. You can keep your luggage except for valuables at the store.
Return to the store
Finish by changing into your own clothes.
