• The price shown before selecting options covers only the basic photo plan and does not include yukata rentals. Please make sure to add the appropriate number of yukata rentals for your group from the options menu.
• Reservation example: For two women
Basic fee (JPY 27,500) + Women's quick yukata from the options (JPY 4,730 × 2 people) = Total JPY 36,960


Notes:
• Due to photographer scheduling, we may be unable to respond to reservation requests within 48 hours.
• If you make a reservation for a date more than one month in advance, we will notify you of the result of your request about one month before that date.
• Each plan application is limited to up to five people. Please use the provided options to indicate the number of people in your party. If there are six or more people, please apply for an additional plan.
• Please return the yukata by 6:30pm
• For verification purposes, please present your identification.
• Please note that any additional charges incurred due to upgrades to your yukata will be payable on-site on the day of your visit.
• Please note that any additional charges incurred on the day due to paid options must be paid on the day, at the location.
• Cancellations may occur due to unavoidable circumstances, but we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the destination or other related costs.
*Refunds will only be issued in cases where public transportation is suspended.
• In the event of cancellation, the Operator will contact you via your emergency contact number by 8:00pm the day before.

About Yukata Rental:
• After arriving at the store, you may also choose a different yukata from the one you reserved.
• To enhance your experience, different belt knots, obidome (belt fasteners), and other distinctive accessories such as maiko umbrellas are available for an extra fee.
• Customers with a height of 185 cm or more, or with foot sizes of 28 cm or larger, are kindly requested to make a prior reservation. After clicking the "Reserve" button, please enter the additional details in the field provided.
• Yukata rental customers are offered complimentary luggage storage for one bag. Large suitcases and other items (excluding valuables) can be stored at a rate of JPY 1,100 (tax included).
• For returns between 6:30pm and 7:00pm on the day of rental, an extension fee of JPY 1,100 (tax included) per item will be charged.
• Next-day yukata returns are available for JPY 2,200 (tax included) per garment. For next-day returns, please return the yukata by the final return time (6:30pm).
• Please note that some images may include optional items not included in the listed price.

Notes for the photoshoot:
1. Time of Visit
• In the event that you arrive late for your appointment, it will not be possible to change or extend your photo session time. Please be aware in advance.
2. Cancellation due to weather conditions
• Depending on the weather, the on-location photoshoot may be canceled.
• Cancellation fees will apply, even if the on-location photoshoot is canceled. However, no cancellation fees will be charged in the event of severe weather conditions that cause public transportation to cease operation.
3. Photoshoot Location/Transportation Expenses:
• The photoshoot location is within 10-15 minutes from the store.
• If you wish to use a different shooting location, please let us know in the "Additional Information" field when making your reservation.
• When traveling by public transportation, the time spent traveling is included in the shooting time.
• Any expenses incurred, such as photographer transportation costs, admission fees, or facility usage fees, will be charged separately and must be paid directly on-site.
4. Photography permit
• For photo shoots in locations requiring permission, please obtain the necessary permits yourself. (We are unable to obtain permits on your behalf.)
5. Extension of photoshoot time
・If you wish to extend the photoshoot time, we may be unable to accommodate your request, depending on the photographer's availability.
6. Photo delivery
• Once the photos been delivered, we are unable to accept claims related to artistic judgment, requests for reshoots, or refunds.
• You cannot choose a specific photographer.
• We will select the most suitable photos for delivery. Photos cannot be changed.
• We do not provide retouching services such as skin or face editing.
• Photos will be delivered to your email address in data (downloadable) approximately one week later.
