Drop off your luggage at the store
Show the reservation page from your My Page upon arrival. After your hotel is confirmed, your luggage will be sent out.
How to reach the store:
1. Exit JR Kyoto Station from the Central Gate.
2. Walk toward Kyoto Tower.
3. Cross the scramble crossing toward Kyoto Tower.
4. Continue straight with Starbucks on your left.
5. Pass Yodobashi Camera and keep going straight.
6. Turn left at the Karasuma-Shichijo intersection.
7. Go straight past Don Quijote.
8. Continue past the entrance to the Yodobashi Camera parking lot.
9. Arrive at Kyoto Ekimae Masui Bld. (the shop is on the 4th floor)For optional services, please meet at JR Kyoto Station Central Gate, where staff will be waiting with a sign.

• Delivery to accommodations is limited to registered hotel guests. Guests who do not agree to the applicable terms of use cannot use this service.
*If your stay cannot be confirmed by the accommodation, your luggage will be held at the counter and an additional temporary storage fee will be charged until pickup.
Cancellation Policy:
• Operations may be suspended for safety reasons due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, WAmazing Play's customer support or the organizer will contact you using the emergency details you have provided. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day. (Notifications are typically sent after 2:00pm the day before.)
Terms of Use:
1. Compensation limit
• For lost luggage or damage caused by gross negligence, compensation is capped at JPY 100,000 per item.
• Scratches or minor dents that occur during delivery are not covered.
2. Prohibited Items
• Anything over 2 meters in length or over 30kg in weight.
• Items valued at over JPY 100,000, valuables, fragile items, delicate electronics, hazardous materials, live animals, etc.
3. Suspension, interruption, or changes to the delivery service
Delivery may be suspended, interrupted, or altered without notice under the following circumstances.
In such cases, no compensation will be provided for any resulting losses:
• When regular or emergency maintenance of the delivery system is required
• When natural disasters or other emergencies prevent normal service
• When temporary suspension of service is deemed necessary
