• Please refrain from bringing items with strong scents (such as perfumes or air fresheners).
*Japanese tea is delicate and easily absorbs surrounding scents, which can affect the tea leaves or products. For this reason, we ask that you do not wear strong fragrances when visiting.
• This experience is intended for participants ages 7 and above.
• Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Please follow the instructions of the staff while inside the factory.
• Wear comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing (high heels are not allowed).
• The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the experience.
• This plan is conducted in Japanese. If you require interpretation, please select your preferred language as an option.

• Interpreters in English, Chinese, Thai, or French can be arranged upon request. Please let us know your preference.
Cancellation Policy:
• The experience may be canceled for safety reasons due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, the organizer will contact you using the emergency details you have provided. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day. (Notifications are typically sent after 5:00pm, two days prior to the event.)
