Cancellation Policy:
• The experience may be canceled for safety reasons due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, WAmazing Play's customer support or the organizer will contact you using the emergency details you have provided. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day. (Notifications are typically sent after 6:00pm on the day before the event or up to 1 hour before the activity.)
• If weather conditions suddenly deteriorate during operation, landing on Phantom Island may not be possible, the snorkeling location may be changed, or the boat may return to port early.
Cancellation Due to Insufficient Participants:
• If the number of participants is less than two, the activity may be canceled. In such cases, WAmazing Play's customer support or the organizer will contact you using the emergency details you have provided, starting one day in advance.
