Underwater Fun with a Snorkeling Picnic / Beach Entry

[Clothing / Food & Drink]
・Casual clothing is recommended, but not required.
・Please note that there are no convenience stores or other facilities in the vicinity where you can purchase food.
・Outside of the summer holiday period, there are no stores on Takashima Island which can provide meals.
Please check the following options and choose as appropriate.

*For those who start at 9:30:
1. Purchase lunch in town and bring it to the island with you.
2. Return on the 12:40 ferry and eat lunch in town.

*For those who start at 12:30:
1. Eat an early lunch before you depart for the island.
2. Purchase small lunch items such as onigiri and sandwiches to eat on the ferry. *There will not be time for you to eat when you arrive on the island.


[Shower and bath]
・During summer vacation, hot showers can be used by purchasing shower coins. Outdoor hot showers are free of charge.
・During the summer vacation, hot showers are available for purchase.
For bathing, public bathhouse Iyashi no Yu is about 10 minutes' walk away. You can experience thalassotherapy (seawater bathing) wearing a bathing suit and swimming cap.
There is also public bathhouse at the same location. 100 yen for adults only.

How to get to Takashima Port Terminal
From the Nagasaki Port Terminal or Iojima Port Terminal, take the Nagasaki Kisen High Speed Boat "Takanosu" or "Shunkan" (see timetable below).
