Segway tour of Yokohama's popular sightseeing spots (Valid driver's license required)

[Conditions for participation]
1. Participants must be between 16 - 70 years old.
2. For tours with minors participating alone, a parental consent form must be completed in advance.
3. Each participant must weigh between 45kg and 118kg. (including clothing and luggage).
4. Cooperate with safe operation guidelines and follow the instructions of the tour guide.
5. Please check the following items and ensure that you are in good physical and mental health and have no obstacles to ride.
- Not under the influence of alcohol.
- Not pregnant
- No difficulty walking
- No problem with driving
- Not accompanied by pets or infants
6.　Participants must hold a valid ordinary driver's or motorcycle license, or any other licenses that include the use of small special-purpose vehicles. For foreign visitors, you must have an international driver's license valid in Japan, or a foreign license that is valid in Japan. (You must bring your license with you to the activity)
7. If you want to select an English-speaking guide (No extra cost), please select the option when you make your reservation.

[About the tour]
-The tour will be held even in light rain.
-In the event of bad weather conditions, including rain, which may hinder safe riding, the tour may be postponed or canceled at the discretion of the organizing company (Segway Japan, Ltd..).
-The tour may be canceled at short notice due to equipment, guides or other circumstances.
-If the event is deemed to be canceled in advance, the organizing company (Segway Japan, Ltd.) will contact you at least one day in advance and refund or reschedule the event.
-The local guide will make the final decision on the day of the tour approximately 2 hours before the tour. If the tour is canceled, no cancellation fee will be charged.

[About participation]
-Segways are single-seater vehicles.
-Helmets must be worn during the tour. (Helmets can be borrowed free of charge on the day of the tour).
-Please make sure to attend the training conducted by the organizer.
-If the tour guide considers that safety cannot be ensured on the day of the tour, the rider will be refused a ride.
-For safety reasons, no photographs or videos may be taken during the ride. Except with permission.
-The orientation (overview and ride training session) will last approximately 30-60 minutes and the tour will last around 90 minutes.
-Depending on how the tour progresses, the end time may be extended by up to 30 minutes. Please plan your post-tour schedule well in advance.
※Minors must have a parent or guardian's signature. Please bring the participation agreement with you on the day of the event.

[Meeting point]
Canal Plaza will be the plaza behind the APA Hotel, where the actual Segway machines will be available 30 minutes before the start time.

[Information for Those Arriving by Car]
No on-site parking is available, please use the nearest available parking.

[Clothing and extra items to bring in case of hot weather]
Make sure to take precautions against heatstroke and sunburn, such as wrapping a cold towel or cold packs around your neck, and staying hydrated.
Items to bring: Drinks, towels, cooling pack, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.

[Clothing and extra items to bring in case of cold weather]
Be sure to bring warm, windproof clothing, warmer, gloves, scarf, etc., as the temperature can drop considerably.
Items to bring: Windbreaking warm clothing, gloves, scarf, and body warmers (apply to the front and back in two places for full coverage warmth).

Yokohama tours can be conducted in English.
