[30 Minutes From the City Center! Enjoy Showa Kinen Park] Experience the Seasonal Breeze with a Guided Segway Tour

[Conditions for participation]
1. Participants must be between 16-70 years old.
2. If minors are participating alone, a parental consent form must be completed in advance.
3. Each participant must weigh between 45kg-118kg. (including clothing and belongings)
4. Please cooperate with safe operation guidelines and follow the instructions of the tour guide.
5. Please check the following items and ensure that you are in good physical and mental health, without any impediments.
•Not under the influence of alcohol.
•Not pregnant
•No difficulty walking
•Ensure that there are no impairments that would hinder your ability to drive.
•Not accompanied by pets or infants

[About the tour]
•The tour will be held even in light rain.
•The tour may be postponed or canceled at the discretion of the sponsoring company (Segway Japan, Ltd.) in the event of inclement weather, including rain, which may interfere with safe driving.
•The tour may be canceled at short notice due to equipment, guides, or other circumstances.
•If the decision to cancel is made in advance, the organizing company (Segway Japan, Ltd.) will contact you at least one day in advance and refund the fee or reschedule the event.
•The local guide will make the final decision on the day of the tour approximately 2 hours before the tour. If the tour is canceled, no cancellation fee will be charged.
•At Showa Kinen Park, we offer tour sessions for advance members approximately 1-2 times a month (irregularly). Please note that if the dates of the irregular advance courses coincide with your desired date, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

[Regarding participation]
•Segways are single-seater vehicles.
•Helmets must be worn during the tour. (Helmets can be borrowed free of charge on the day of the tour).
•Please make sure to attend the training conducted by the organizer.
•If the guide determines that it is not possible to ensure safety on the day, we reserve the right to refuse boarding.
•Photography and videography during the ride are prohibited for safety reasons, except with prior permission.
•The orientation (overview and Segway riding instruction) will last approximately 30-60 minutes and the tour will last around 90 minutes.
•Depending on how the tour progresses, the end time may be extended by up to 30 minutes. Please plan your post-tour schedule well in advance.

[Clothing and items to bring in case of hot weather]
Make sure to take precautions against heatstroke and sunburn. (Wrap a cold towel or cold packs around your neck and stay hydrated)
Items to bring: Drinks, towels, cooling pack, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.

[Clothing and items to bring in case of cold weather]
Be sure to bring warm, windproof clothing, heating pads, gloves, scarf, etc., as the temperature can drop considerably.
Items to bring: Windproof winter clothing, gloves, scarf, and heating pads (they provide warmth when applied to the abdomen and back).
