Pick up at a locker at an airport or station at your convenience. Locker pickup is a method where items are stored in a locker at an airport or station that WAmazing Shop partners with. Whether at entry or departure, you can pick up simply by going directly to the specified locker.
Choose items from the website or app
Specify your desired pickup location and pickup date on the order screen. You can pick up at a convenient time within the pickup period.
Display the pickup QR code from the order details screen, verify your identity with your passport and landing permission, and receive your items.
After pickup is complete, guidance for the refund procedure will appear on the order details screen, so register your refund details following the guidance
Complete customs confirmation at a tax-free procedure terminal at the airport before leaving Japan. After you return home, the consumption tax amount is refunded via the method you specify. * Customs confirmation must be done before checking in your baggage, with all items in hand. * We refund the consumption tax amount minus the refund fee.
Varies by facility. Lockers may be unavailable late at night or early in the morning. Please check the hours shown at the time of ordering.
If the pickup date and time passes, your order will be cancelled and the items will be collected. Please be sure to pick them up at the specified date and time.
If you purchase items from multiple sellers, they are stored in separate lockers by seller. If items are split into multiple bags, they may be split across multiple lockers.
To receive a tax exemption with locker pickup, you must meet the following conditions.
From November 2026, tax exemption will change to a "refund system." At purchase you pay the tax-included price, and after customs confirmation at departure, the consumption tax amount minus the refund fee is refunded. With locker pickup, the condition is a purchase of 5,000 yen (excl. tax) or more per seller. If you purchase small amounts from multiple sellers, you may not be able to receive a tax exemption. If you want to purchase from various sellers, please consider "in-person pickup."
You pay tax-inclusive prices at purchase, and the consumption-tax-equivalent amount is refunded after departure confirmation.
