How to use
Step 1: Confirm the exchange method
• The voucher will indicate either (QR Code Exchange) or (Counter Exchange) at the start of its name. Please redeem your pass using the indicated method.
Step 2: Details of each exchange method
QR Code Exchange:
• Before your visit, select your desired ski resort for exchange and generate a QR code.
• The ski resort you select when generating the QR code will be where you redeem your pass.
• Hold the QR code over the automatic ticketing machine at the ski resort to receive your pass.
Note The selected ski resort cannot be changed. Please be careful when making your order.
Counter Exchange:
• On the day of use, select your preferred ski resort for exchange and present the voucher screen to staff at the resort counter.
• The staff will process your exchange and issue your pass.
Shiga Kogen Yakebitaiyama Ski Resort/Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort/Furano Ski Resort:
• The usage start date is the day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging your pass.
• If the exchange date and the usage date are different, please store the pass securely (e.g., in a locker) and manage it yourself. No reissuance will be made in cases of loss or if you accidentally pass through the gate.
Ski resorts other than the above three:
• The pass is valid only on the day it is exchanged. Please exchange it on the day you wish to use it.

- Use by anyone other than the purchaser is possible, but the purchaser must make the exchange from the purchaser's My Page screen at the time of redemption.

• Before your visit, select your desired ski resort for exchange and generate a QR code.
• The ski resort you select when generating the QR code will be where you redeem your pass.
• Hold the QR code over the automatic ticketing machine at the ski resort to receive your pass.
Note The selected ski resort cannot be changed. Please be careful when making your order.
Counter Exchange:
• On the day of use, select your preferred ski resort for exchange and present the voucher screen to staff at the resort counter.
