Manza Onsen Ski Resort

Resort features

Known as the "powdery snow of Manza," Manza Onsen Ski Resort offers some of the best powder snow in all of Japan. Mt. Fuji can be seen from the top of the 1,994-meter-high mountain at this resort. The slopes are compact, with gentle and steep inclines which can be enjoyed by all levels of skiers. Other courses include the forest course, with beautiful icy trees, an ungroomed zone where you can ski in deep snow, and a panoramic course with views of Mt. Asama and Mt. Myoko. Lift tickets are free for children of elementary school age and younger. The "Animal Forest Course" with animal signs is also popular. You can ski in/out from the hotel. The Manza hot spring resort, which boasts one of the highest sulfur content in Japan, is also adjacent to the resort.
