Notes
The cherry blossoms bloom at different times in the season every year and may be earlier or later than usual. We appreciate your understanding.
[Please read the following information before making a reservation]
*If you need an English-speaking rickshaw driver, please make sure to select the appropriate option.
- If you have questions, ask a staff member wearing a happi coat with "Kaminari" (雷) written on the back in kanji.
- The event will be held rain or shine. However, please note that the event may be canceled due to stormy weather such as typhoons. In that case, the operator will contact the emergency contact by 18:00 the day before.
In some cases, a decision may be made on the day of the event. Please check for incoming calls on the day of the event if you do not hear from the organizer by the day before.
- A child 5 years old and under can sit on the lap of one guardian if it is deemed that there is no safety hazard.
Children 6 years old and older will be charged for seats.
- One rickshaw can accommodate two people. For 3 people or more, 2 different rickshaw carts will be provided.
- Seating arrangements may change depending on the physique and weight of the passenger.
In such a scenario, there will be no additional fee required.
(Children 6 years old and under may also be asked to share depending on their physique and weight.)
- If you make a reservation with [2 people over 6 years old + 2 children] or [3 people over 7 years old], we will have the party split into 2 cars.
- Pregnant women under 16 weeks of pregnancy are not allowed to board due to safety concerns.
- Children 7 years old and above may ride unaccompanied by a parent/guardian.
- 100% compensation is required for cancellations on the same day as the reservation.
[Regarding the English Language Support Option]
The fee is not per person but per rickshaw. (E.g., For a group of 3, two rickshaws will be used, so please select "2" (+ JPY 2,000) as the option. )
