Before boarding, scan your electronic ticket's QR code at HARUKA's ticketing machine in front of the JR ticket gate to exchange for a boarding pass.
After scanning the QR code at the ticketing machine, select from trains departing in 5 minutes or later.
Retrieve your tickets from the automatic check-in machine and enter through the ticket gate with a station staff.

Present the QR code you received via email to get tickets. Valid up to 90 days after booking.

Usage and precautions
1. After completing your reservation, a confirmation email, including 2 vouchers, will be sent to your email address. Also, please present the QR code for ticket exchange when you visit each facility.

*Ticket for Kyoto Railway Museum: Kyoto Railway Museum's ticket counter
2. Validity Period:
*(HARUKA Ticket) Kansai Airport→Kyoto Station [one-way]: Valid for 90 days after reservation *Last date of use: March 31, 2023
*Ticket for Kyoto Railway Museum: Valid for 90 days after reservation. You may enter the museum multiple times on the same day, but please present the commemorative admission ticket when re-entering.
3. Cancellation Policy:
*No cancellation
4. If you lose your JR HARUKA Ticket (Kansai-Airport Station→Kyoto Station), it cannot be reissued.
If the train you are scheduled to board is cancelled, please board another HARUKA train or utilize an unreserved seat on the Kansai Airport Rapid Line after exchanging the ticket for a paper ticket.

5. Although the reception time is indicated as 00:00, please exchange your tickets so that you can board your scheduled HARUKA train.
