A text message (containing a QR code and a link to download the e-ticket) will be sent to your registered email address after the reservation is completed.
Please present the electronic voucher at the Odakyu Travel Center Shinjuku West Exit to exchange it for the actual ticket when using the service on the day of your visit.
The ticket must be signed by the cardholder when redeeming the ticket. Only the person whose signature is on the ticket can use it. Please be sure to bring a valid ID such as a passport as it may be checked by the station staff.

The "Hakone Free Pass" allows you to fully enjoy the Hakone area, one of Japan's leading hot spring tourist destinations, with only one ticket.
The pass is valid for either two or three days, depending on your travel plans.
In addition, customers can receive preferential services at approximately 70 partner facilities, including restaurants and museums, mainly in the Hakone area.

[Precautions]
- Additional fare is required for rides on the Odakyu Romance Car.
- An additional fare must be paid when riding beyond the designated area.
- Only one round-trip ride from Shinjuku Station to Odawara Station is allowed.
- Seasonal sightseeing bus rides are not valid.
- Odakyu Hakone Express buses give priority to holders of reserved-seat tickets. If the bus is full, you will not be allowed to board.
- Service may be suspended due to inclement weather. Hakone Free Pass holders who are unable to board the bus due to the suspension may receive a refund for the specific portion of the trip at the Odakyu Tourist Service Center. Please note that only specific transportation not taken during the trip will be refunded.
- The Hakone Free Pass must be returned at the last station of your trip.
- Holders of the Hakone Free Pass departing from Shinjuku are entitled to a discount on the Odakyu Hakone Express Bus (between Shinjuku and Gotemba).
- Children aged 0-5 who do not use a seat may ride for free without purchasing a ticket, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children aged 6 and older must purchase a child ticket.
- This travel ticket can only be used by the applicant. Please be sure to bring a valid ID such as a passport when redeeming the ticket.
