Schedule
16:00 First, we introduce ourselves to each other.
we will hear from the grandmothers about their experiences living in the "post town". After learning about the roots and key points of the menu to be prepared that day, it is time to go into the kitchen.
16:30 Start cooking: Learn from the locals and taste and cook together.
Around 4 seasonal dishes, including "shime tofu" and "abura-age maki," or fried bean curd rolls.
18:15 Time to eat: Once the tables are set and the meal is ready, we will say goodbye to the grannies.
