An e-mail (containing a QR code and a link to download the e-ticket) will be automatically sent to your email address after you have completed your reservation.*Please check your email from jtr@jtrchina.com
On the day of your boarding, present the QR code of the electronic ticket at the HARUKA electronic ticket machine in front of the JR ticket gate in order to redeem it for a "boarding pass"
After reading the QR code with the ticket machine, select the train car you want to board. You can choose from trains that depart from 5 minutes or later.
Please take out your boarding ticket and enter the station through the ticket gate where station staff is present.
Reception for the Umeda Sky Building Floating Garden Observation Deck is at the Ticket Exchange
Please present the QR code you received via email for the ticket exchange. Valid up to 90 days after booking.

How to use and precautions
1. After your reservation is completed, you will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail including two vouchers to the e-mail address you provided. Also, please make sure to present the QR code to exchange for tickets when you visit each facility.
*JR HARUKA One-way Ticket (LIMITED EDITION): In front of the automatic ticket gate at JR West's Kansai Airport Station (Please exchange the ticket so that you can board your scheduled "HARUKA" train)
*Umeda Sky Building Floating Garden: The ticket counter is located on the 39th floor of the Umeda Sky Building Floating Garden Observation Deck
2. Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellation is possible if both the JR HARUKA One-way Ticket (LIMITED EDITION) and the admission ticket have not been exchanged.
3. If you lose your JR HARUKA One-way Ticket (LIMITED EDITION) for "Kansai Airport Station→Shin-Osaka Station", it cannot be reissued.
If the train you are scheduled to board is canceled, please board another "HARUKA" or a non-reserved seat on the Kansai Airport Rapid Line after exchanging your ticket for a paper ticket.

4. Umeda Sky Building Floating Garden Observation Deck Ticket
- Can be used only once and cannot be re-entered after leaving the site.
- Opening hours on special operating days are subject to change, so please check the official website for operating information before departure.
- May not be available on special business days such as during the Osaka Yodogawa Fireworks Festival
- Please note that the rooftop may be inaccessible during stormy weather.
- Wheelchair users may use the elevator on the first floor of the East Tower.
