Usage Precautions
*After completing your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Please present the QR code to redeem tickets when you visit each facility.
*The validity period is only for the date and time specified. Dates/times cannot be changed. Please cancel your reservation to change your reservation.
*On your reservation day, come directly to Eki Rent-A-Car's Tsuruga Office and present your QR code at the reception desk before exchanging it for coupons/tickets.
E-ticket exchange and meeting place: JR Tsuruga Station, Eki Rent-A-Car Tsuruga Office, 1-9 Shirogane-cho, Tsuruga-shi, Fukui
*You will need to present your passport and a driver's license that allows you to drive in Japan.
*Some facilities on the plan may be closed on the above dates. Please check the website of each facility in advance. (If a facility is closed, the applicable fee will be refunded by Nippon Travel Agency.)
*Fees for food, beverages, lodging, expressways, parking lots, and extensions beyond 6 hours are not included. Please pay separately on-site.
*The car you will be renting is an S-type standard car for 5 passengers.
*Two regular-sized suitcases can be loaded in the rental car.
*We will ask you to show your passport and driver's license that allows you to drive in Japan at the reception desk.
*You will be given a coupon for Genyomon's eel lunch box and admission tickets for Rainbow Line Summit Park at the time of registration, so please show the coupon at each facility.
*Please stop by Genyomon between 11:30-12:00 to pick up your lunch box. No refunds will be made if you do not stop by for any reason. We appreciate your understanding.
*No guide will accompany the tour.
*Cancellation is not allowed from 2 days prior to your reservation date.
