*In July and August, there is no bottom trawling, and monkfish are not caught, so the monkfish cutting show will not be available. We appreciate your understanding.

- In addition to Dobujiru, you can also order other dishes, such as sashimi, separately. *If you place an order on the day at the venue, there will be a transaction with the staff for the payment.
- The major difference between Dobujiru and Anko Nabe (monkfish hot pot) is that Dobujiru does not use water. In a pot where monkfish liver is sautéed, monkfish and vegetables are added, and miso is used to adjust the flavor once moisture is released from the monkfish and vegetables. Please enjoy the concentrated nutrition and flavor of monkfish.
- If you wish to experience cooking Dobujiru, please note that since a knife is used, small children must be accompanied and assisted by a guardian. (There is no age restriction.)
