[How to use and precautions of use]
1. After completing your reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation email, including 2 vouchers to the email address that was entered. Also, please present the QR code used for ticket exchange when you visit each facility.
2. The "Kansai WIDE Area Pass" ticket cannot be reissued if you lose it.
3. Shiga Nagahama Odekake Passport (2 days) must be exchanged for a physical ticket at a designated location.
