This course uses the highest grade A5 Japanese Kuroge Wagyu beef!
We import carefully selected black Wagyu beef from all over Japan. Sirloin, filet, aged meat, and chateaubriand are all top A5 rank. We also use a 40-day aging process to ensure optimum flavor, aroma, and texture.

This steak is tender and only the best part of the meat (40%) is used for the steak. It is cut in a unique way, leaving only the best parts of the meat and trimming off all excess fat.
