Come try making Izushi specialty soba yourself to create great memories of your trip with family and friends!

This is a course where you can make soba noodles from Izushi, a tradition passed down since the Edo period.

Using homemade ground buckwheat flour, a dedicated Soba craftsman will carefully guide you.

You can boil and enjoy your handmade noodles in the shop.

  • Buckwheat flour and water

    Add water to the buckwheat flour and knead by hand into a ball
