This is a course where you can make soba noodles from Izushi, a tradition passed down since the Edo period.
Using homemade ground buckwheat flour, a dedicated Soba craftsman will carefully guide you.
You can boil and enjoy your handmade noodles in the shop.
Schedule
Preparation for making Soba: put on an apron, wash hands.

Add water to the buckwheat flour and knead by hand into a ball
Make Soba
Roll out the soba dough ball using a rolling pin
Cut the soba
Using a soba knife, cut the soba into thin strips
Eat the soba
Move to the shop and eat the noodles Sara Soba style
