Using a Torafugu "migaki" (parts which are safe to eat), cook/taste your own Fugu course meal!
With guidance from the head chef, make and taste your own course meal including (Tataki sashimi, skin sashimi, chirinabe (Japanese one-pot dish), and porridge)
Cook with premium torafugu!
The torafugu used here for classes are of the same quality as the ones served at restaurants, specialized stores all across Japan.
Once you're done cooking, why not spend some enriching time viewing the beautiful Hibiki-nada Sea whilst eating your tourafugu meals.

Explanation of the flow of the event/start cooking
You will receive a simple explanation from the head chef about the [fugu cooking experience] process and instructions for the event.
Taste your own self-made fugu dishes (Tataki sashimi, skin sashimi, chirinabe (Japanese one-pot dish), and porridge)
*The staff will prepare the vegetables, tofu, rice for the porridge and egg
Tidying and cleaning (Cutting knife, Tableware, chopping board)
As it is a seminar, after you have finished eating, please wash your own equipment as well as tableware.
