As it is located at Shin-Omiya, which is only 2 stations away from Kintetsu Nara station, you can enjoy touring around Nara to your heart's content!

Enjoy edomae sushi made with authentic premium fish.

This is a sushi course using special premium fish such as fatty tuna and large conger eels.

Select your own traditional Japanese attire and your preferred plate!

This authentic course allows you to choose Japanese clothing varying in size and pattern, as well as plates.

Schedule

  • Choose your preferred style of color and style of traditional outfit as well as plates.

    When arriving in the store, you will first wash and sanitize your hands. Then you will change clothes, choose your plate and wear a Japanese headband. Please present the My Page reservation screen at the reception.

  • A lesson on simple Japanese terms relating to sushi.

    After explaining the process as well as the precautionary points, the instructor will teach you some simple Japanese sushi terms.

  • Make 6 pieces of sushi with premium fish and 2 sushi rolls, making a plate with the sushi you made.

    After sanitizing your hands again, put on your gloves, clean them, and start making sushi. The instructor will tell you how to make the sushi in detail and with fun.

  • Eating time (the sushi you made yourself and miso soup) commemorative photo.

    Take a photo of the sushi you made! Before you eat, make sure to say "ITADAKIMASU!" as it is a Japanese custom to say this before you eat.

  • Graduation event, where you receive a proof of completion certificate.

    After your meal, all that's left is the graduation! You will be presented with a certificate with your name included Umemori style.
