The aquarium is located inside the Shinagawa Prince Hotel, about a 2-minute walk from the Takanawa Exit of Shinagawa Station.

The Maxell Aquapark Shinagawa is an aquarium where visitors can enjoy exhibits of marine life from morning until night.
The aquarium is divided into the ground floor and upper floor, each of which exhibits marine life using cutting-edge technology such as projection mapping.
Visitors can appreciate fantastic and beautiful scenery such as the "Jellyfish Rumble," a photo-worthy tank of brightly colored jellyfish, or the "Wonder Tube," where visitors can view the scenery as if they were walking under the sea.
The powerful dolphin performance, which changes with the seasons, offers a powerful program that can be enjoyed from anywhere at a 360-degree angle.

- Infants under four years old are admitted free of charge.
- Dolphin shows are free, but seating is unreserved and may not be available when full. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
- Smoking is not permitted in the entire building.
- Pets (except guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) are not allowed inside the museum.
- The museum is wheelchair accessible with elevators, wheelchair lifts, and ramps.
- Baby strollers are not available for rent in the museum, but are allowed to enter. Baby strollers can be placed in the stroller storage area located behind the entrance on the first floor. Please take your valuables with you. We will not be responsible for any loss.
- Attractions are not available.
- Re-entry is permitted. Please present your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry.
- Please be sure to make reservations according to the visitors' age.
- Smoking and drinking are prohibited. Any person found doing so will be immediately ejected from the premises.
- Pets are not allowed in the facility (except for service animals).
- If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol, you may be denied admission or services. No refunds will be given in such cases.
