Activity
We will introduce four traditional ways to make sushi
You will learn that each way of making nigiri has its own meaning and that their differences affect the taste too.
You can experience how to cut the fish you bought at the supermarket into delicious pieces of sushi!
The wrong cut can change the taste of the sushi.
You will be taught how to make sushi (with reference to diagrams, etc.) and learn.
Participants will practice repeatedly with the instructor.
You will be asked to make real sushi with ingredients on top called "neta" in Japanese.
The instructor will give detailed instructions to each participant.
The sushi you made will be served for lunch or dinner.
Taste the difference between sushi made my professionals, and your own sushi made for the first time.
