[Luggage]
・Passengers are allowed to carry on personal items for free if (1) weigh less than 10 kg, (2) total volume is less than 0.027 cubic meters, and (3) are less than 1 meter in length. In the event that the luggage obstructs the vehicle structure or transportation (e.g., blocking aisles or emergency exits with luggage), the luggage may be restricted even if it is within the limits.
Pets in the storage case that fit into the limit (2) may be allowed, but please inquire with the bus company you are traveling with for details.

[Precautions when purchasing the tickets]
- The age of the child is based on the date of ticket purchase.
- Buses depart on time, so please arrive at the bus stop with plenty of time to spare.
- The operator will not contact you by phone even if you are not present at the time of departure.。
- If you miss your ride, your ticket will become invalid. Please note that no refunds or changes can be made.
- No refunds will be made if you do not participate in the tour for your own personal reason.
- If you leave during the tour, we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by this. Tickets are non-refundable.
- Child fare is required for passengers under 6 years old who use a seat.
* Children 0-5 years old are free of charge if they do not use a seat (e.g., sit on parents' lap).
- Hazardous materials will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse to accept or continue carriage in the following cases (drunken passengers who may cause inconvenience to other passengers, passengers with unclean clothes who may cause inconvenience to other passengers, or passengers with noisy pets who may cause inconvenience to other passengers, etc.)
- If you ride the express bus outside of the section of this product, please pay the prescribed fare for the section you have crossed over.
- In addition to the issues outlined here, the handling of this ticket is subject to the laws of Japan, the operating carrier's Conditions of Carriage, laws, and regulations.

・You can eat at the place of your choosing at Tojinbo Cliff. Lunch is not included. Please pay on-site.

- Tour schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Arrival at the destination may be delayed due to road conditions or weather conditions. No refunds will be made due to bus delays, and no compensation will be made for any connecting transportation or accommodation period arranged by the customer himself/herself.

[How to use vouchers]
