You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of your application. Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive this email confirmation.

[Precautions]
- Please return kimonos by 5:30 PM.
- Please present identification to confirm your identity.
- Please note that any difference in price from upgrading your kimono will be paid on-site on the day of the experience.
-The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances like natural disasters, but we will not compensate for travel expenses to the site. In the event of cancellation, your emergency contact will be contacted by 8:00 PM the day before the event.
*Refunds will only be made in special cases, such as when the public transportation stops running, etc.

[About kimono rental]
- After your visit, you can choose a kimono different from the plan you reserved.
- To enjoy kimonos even more, we also offer non-standard fee-based hair sets, special way to tie the Obi sash, and special accessories for rent, such as add Obidome (small items worn over the Obi sash) and Maiko umbrellas.
- Customers with a height of 185 cm or more and foot size of 28 cm or more must apply in advance. Also, please let us know the height, gender, and foot size of your child, as the price will change. After clicking the button to make a reservation, there is an input field for additional information, so please fill it out there.
- Kimono rental customers can store one piece of luggage free of charge. Large suitcases, other than valuables, can also be stored for JPY 1,100 (tax included).
- For returns between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM on the same day, an extension fee of JPY 1,100 (tax included) per arrival will be charged.
- Kimonos can be returned the next day for JPY 2,200 (tax included) per kimono. For next day return, please return by the last return time (5:30 PM).
- The images may include optional items not included in the listed price.

[About Safety Package (Insurance)]
- If you want the Safety Package (JPY 550, including tax per kimono), please apply on the day of the experience.
We recommend you subscribe to the Safety Package in order to reduce the burden if your kimono is damaged or soiled during meals. It applies to kimono, obi (sash), obi himo belt, undergarments, zori sandals, tabi socks, accessory case and other accessories related to kimonos.
