[Precautions]
- The QR code sent to you after making the reservation is valid for 90 days from the date of your reservation (i.e. order date)
- When a ticket is used for the first time, the date of the ride and the name of the station are printed on the ticket. The ticket is valid from the date printed on the ticket, and the number of rides is unlimited.
- Each adult ticket holder may be accompanied by up to two children between the ages of 1 and 6 free of charge. After 3 children, a child ticket is required
- In the event of an emergency stop or delay in train service, tickets will not be refunded.
- Language support available in Japanese, Chinese, English, and Korean. Telephone consultation counters are available at each subway station, and service representatives are available at each station platform to assist you in resolving any problems.
- Please be sure to use the automatic ticket gate when boarding the train.
- Only the purchaser him/herself is allowed to use the ticket.
- If you use the pass in violation of the terms and conditions, the pass will become invalid and will be confiscated. Additional fees will be charged accordingly.
